Cancellation Policy for Appointments We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50% which will be charged to the payment method on file. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee. Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen.
